Oh yes it will!!!
Even if the pairing is a bit more evil now...
Actually I thought with Sho-chan's betrayal, the pairing would be kind of dead (at least like I know it).
But after reading the translation ( http://mangahelpers.com/t/kirimi/releas es/9300 ) of the latest chapter I am convinced that the dynamics btw them aren't even nearly dead. They are still there even while they are talking to each other about Sho-chan's betrayal.
Sho-chan still speaks to him very politely and still calls him Byakuran-san. And Byakuran almost only speaks to Sho-chan directly during this whole conversation and rarely takes note of the other characters even though they are there!
The way he speaks to him didn't change much either.
He makes statements like "If it makes you happy to work for this greenhorn even though it will be your downfall" (well this is a mix of different sentences but it's still the same meaning in the end) and says that Sho-chan's betrayal has some effect on his pride as a leader (because he was his most trusted subordinate) but that he knew he would betray him because Shoichi always looked at his actions and plans with disapproval.
And I know... Byakuran messes around with him during this conversation, just shows his playful nature and I am convinced, even though it hurts, that he would kill Sho-chan if he would be in the way too much (I think you can also see this somehow in the translation)... but... still... the dynamics are still there... like they were in older conversations.
And I love Amano for this... much...
